Webinar: 2025 Radio Revenue Outlook

by | Jan 27, 2025 | Blog

The story for Radio in 2025 sounds very similar to the story for Radio for the past 10 years: over-the-air revenues will continue to decline as digital revenues grow.  That’s not news or newsworthy for anyone familiar with Radio. Overall, BIA is forecasting Radio OTA will account for $10 Billion of the $171 Billion that will be spent on local advertising in 2025.

But, within these over-arching trends, there are opportunities to significantly grow revenues for Radio operators.

I’m excited to sit down with Todd Kalman, SVP of Sales at Marketron, to talk about expectations for 2025 and how Radio companies can gain share going forward. We’ll have this discussion during a webinar we will co-host, The 2025 Radio Revenue Outlook, on Jan. 30, at 2pm eastern.

First, we will lean into the technological and digital growth areas as we discuss geo-targeting opportunities in Radio and the growth of CTV/OTT spending.

Next, we will dive into major categories and the trends we are expecting in 2025.  We will cover Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Retail, Auto, Real Estate and more.

Best of all, I’m looking forward to the questions from the audience.  What questions do you have?

One thing for certain about 2025 so far is that there are a lot of conflicting headlines.  The stock market is doing better than ever while consumer confidence remains very low.  The prices of everyday goods are rising more quickly than they have in the past while the wealth gap continues to grow.  Different groups of consumers will experience 2025 in different ways.  Experienced marketing specialists will be able to navigate these differences and help advertisers to connect the right audiences to the right messaging at the right time.

For anyone involved with station sales, dollars are out there. Join us to hear about emerging trends and what you can look forward to this year. Register for the webinar here: Webinar: The 2025 Radio Revenue Outlook | Marketron.
